Coach Saki is a dedicated and insightful coach with a strong foundation in athletic training and sports physiotherapy. With a focus on return-to-sport training after injuries, Coach Saki embodies a philosophy centered on simplicity and genuine care for athletes. 
 

Being a diverse athlete himself and having a passion for multiple sports including Swimming, Soccer, MMA, Karate and Trail running, Coach Saki is committed to helping individuals navigate the uncertainties of recovery, bringing hope during what can be one of the darkest times in their lives, and empowering athletes to return to their favorite activities.

Q: What is your coaching philosophy?

My mission is to provide the best preparation for the best moment for my athletes, with the following philosophies:

  1. keep it simple, stupid

  2. doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different outcome is the definition of insanity

  3. they dont care how much i know, they care how much i care

  4. do the few things savagely well

Q: What is your favourite sport and why?

Trail Running. I love the change of scenery along the trial.
