This is a highly individualized mentorship experience, where you will work with me one-on-one over a 12-week period. While the curriculum provides a structured framework, the content and learning pathway are intentionally flexible, allowing us to focus on the topics most relevant to your goals, interests, and current stage of development. Applied Sport Science for S&C Coach Chapter 1 Exercise Physiology & Energy Systems Chapter 2 Biomechanics Chapter 3 Needs Analysis & Athlete Profiling Chapter 4 Testing, Monitoring & Data Chapter 5 Systems Thinking Chapter 6 Programming & Periodization Chapter 7 Movement Quality & Mobility Chapter 8 Resistance Training Technique & Coaching Chapter 9 Power & Ballistic Training Chapter 10 Speed & Agility Chapter 11 Coordination, Timing & Flow Chapter 12 Behavioral Coaching & Motivation Chapter 13 Reading Research Critically Chapter 14 Self-Reflection & Coach Development What the Program Includes: - Full access to S&C Coach Applied Sport Science Course (Videos, Manual, Learning tools) - One dedicated call each week focused entirely on your chosen topic, goals, and development. - Weekly homework, application, practice, and review via coaching app - Each session includes practical assignments and application tasks. You will implement and refine your work throughout the week and review your progress during the following session. Progressive, micro-dosing learning. Concepts build week by week, moving from understanding to application, problem-solving, and confident execution.
