
Fundamental Movement Skills
Focus : Focus on posture, patterns, motor control
Goal:
The Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) is the perfect class to kick started your athletic journey at AQ Strong. We strongly recommend all new athletes / novices who are not familiar with strength training to take the FMS classes.
If you have strength training experience but want to polish your posture and exercise tenqiues, you may also find the FMS very useful.
Athletic Body Program
Focus : Perfect balance between muscular and cardiovascular load
Goal:
Each ABP incorporating upper & lower body supersets to minimise local muscular fatigue which is why you can get more work done in a shorter time.

Weightlifting
Focus: The techniques and position strength of Olympic weightlifting. This class is suitable for all levels, no weightlifting experience is needed.
Goal:
To have a solid foundation to perform the Olympic lifts. This program builds up the athletic components for Olympic Weightlifting including technical practice and training for the lifts themselves. Gain the confidence to work with the bar for sport or for fitness.
