Our unique Semi-Private Coaching program. These are not just random classes, they are purpose designed and programmed progressions in Potential, Capacity and Expression of Athleticism. When you become an SPC member, you get access to all class styles, the programs - which you can see weeks in advance on Lumin, and the high level coaching that makes it a great experience.

Metabolic Conditioning

Consists of HIIT, resistance & body weight training that aims to improve your movement skills & stamina.
