Semi-Private Coaching (SPC)

Personal Training

Tailored for individualized attention, our Personal Training service offers one-on-one sessions designed to meet your specific athletic goals. Our experienced trainers craft a personalized workout plan, providing dedicated attention to ensure maximum progress and results in your athletic journey. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our Personal Training program is dedicated to supporting your unique needs and guiding you toward your goals.


Movement Therapy

Enhance your performance and well-being with our specialized Movement Therapy. Our certified therapists focus on improving movement patterns, flexibility, and preventing injuries. Tailored sessions support your journey toward better physical health and athletic performance.


Team & Offsite

Our tailored programs optimize collective performance through customized strength and conditioning sessions, enhancing team dynamics. Additionally, we provide worksite health promotion for companies, improving employee well-being and fitness. Programs are flexible and can be conducted on or offsite, adapting to the group's needs and preferences.

Youth Training

Our tailored Youth programs focus on physical literacy, athleticism, and confidence-building for the next generation of athletes. With D1 (12-16) and D2 (8-11) classes, we cater to distinct developmental needs at various skill acquisition stages.
