告別大包圍訓練:善用測試制訂專屬 HYROX 訓練計劃
HYROX同時考驗跑步、力量與能量系統。然而,時間有限,你未必能樣樣兼顧;因應不同訓練背景,你更不需要「All-in」所有訓練。 想進步更快,第一步不是練更多,而是測得更準。透過測試找出個人弱項,按輕重緩急安排訓練次序,才能避免「顧此失彼」,令每課訓練更有價值。 HYROX 最大誤解: 所有人都應該「同一套訓練」 坊間許多HYROX訓練,都直接複製比賽模式:跑步、力量、能量系統混在一起練。這樣的訓練可能看似沒有問題,卻可能令你多走冤枉路,試想像: • 如果你本身是重量訓練能手 ——你應該專注練跑步,還是繼續加碼力量? • 如果你本身就是長跑好手 ——你需要先練力量,還是再催谷能量系統? 如果這不是你第一次比賽,而你一直做大包圍訓練,你更加有機會遇到以下問題: • 明明訓練好勤力,但成績無明顯進步 • 樣樣都練,訓練量愈來愈多,疲勞累積,受傷風險增加 • 一直為強項「加碼」,但真正拖慢你的可能是某一,兩項弱點 HYROX要突破,先別急著練, 第一步,先測出那一項是你的「樽頸位」。 測試其實是一張地圖,讓你可以練得其所 測甚麼?
