At AQ Strong, our mission has always been simple but powerful: to empower athletes and inspire everyone to embrace being athletic. Now, we’re taking a bold new step forward.
We’re thrilled to announce the soft opening of our Athletic Wellness Studio on November 1st. For the very first time, you’ll have the freedom to train on your own during any of our open hours—your schedule, your pace, your goals.
This launch is just the beginning of an exciting evolution at AQ Strong. We’re building toward a 360° coaching experience—a future where exceptional guidance, innovative tools, and a truly elevated training environment all come together for you.
✨ All-Access Open Gym = More Freedom, More Training
Starting November 1st, our All Access Open Gym will replace Open Gym. With All Access, you’ll enjoy:
• A dedicated training studio always open during our hours.
• Continued use of the full facility during off-peak/non-class times.
• The flexibility to train whenever it works best for you.
