課程專為 8-12歲兒童 / 12-16歲青少年設計,

對小運動員發展打好基礎!

除了可提升手眼協調,身體發力,上下肢聯繫,爆發力及速度以外, 還可以

🔹學習完成目標 Accomplish goals
🔹增強自信心 Increase confidence
Join for 1x, 2x or 3x per week. Each session will focus on a different set of skills and athletic components.
Basic T&C:
Youth packs can be shared within family members.
6 hour cancellation policy (full charge for late cancel).



D1 – 12 to 16 Developmental
90 minutes includes focus on Acceleration, Agility / Reaction Time and Strength & Power Training.
D1 Schedule:
Wed 5pm - 6:30pm
Sundays 2pm - 3:30pm

D2 – 8 to 11 Developmental
90 minutes includes focus on Fundamental Movement Skills, Speed, Agility, Quickness and Bodyweight Strength
D2 Schedule:
Tue 5pm - 6:30pm
Sundays 3pm - 4:30pm
