Developmental Levels: D1, D2 & D3
Ages 12 to 16
Our D1 program focuses on acceleration, agility, reaction time, and strength & power training. Sessions are 90 minutes long, providing a comprehensive regimen to elevate the athleticism of young athletes in this age group.
Schedule: Sundays 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Ages 8 to 11
For athletes aged 8 to 11, our D2 program concentrates on fundamental movement skills, speed, agility, quickness, and bodyweight strength. Join us for a 90-minute session tailored to enhance these vital aspects.
Schedule: Sundays 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Ages 5 to 7
Our D3 program (details to be added) caters to the developmental needs of the youngest athletes. Stay tuned for specific details to be announced soon.
Schedule: Sundays 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
