At AQ Strong, we believe strength is not a gift you are born with—it is a decision you make every day. The Strong by Choice campaign is built on this simple truth. Life is a journey. We walk beside you at every step, helping you turn small choices into big results.



What Does “Strong by Choice” Mean?

We call our members athletes because everyone who trains with us is chasing a goal. Whether you want to feel alive each morning, reshape your body, or push your limits in sport, the power lies in your choice. We make that choice clear, supported, and rewarding.




Three Paths, One Mission

Pick the direction that fits your life:

  1. Vitality – Build your resilience. Boost your energy. Live with confidence. Train to move freely, recover faster, and enjoy a healthier, more vibrant life at every stage of life.

  2. Fitness – Lose or gain weight the smart way. Combine movement, recovery, and daily habits that stick.

  3. Performance – Sharpen your edge. Train like a pro with science-backed methods to lift more, run faster, or play better.

No matter the path, our 10-week program gives you the same core tools: live coaching, an easy-to-use app, and a community that cheers you on.


How the Program Works

  • Week 1: Answer a short goal questionnaire. Meet your coach one-on-one to map your plan.

  • Weeks 1–10: Join three guided classes each week. Track progress in the app. Get weekly check-ins and fresh motivation from coach.

  • Week 5: Gather with fellow athletes at a fun community event—share wins, learn more, feel the energy.

  • Week 10: Review results with your coach. Celebrate growth. Plan the next step.

Every piece is designed to build habits, not just muscles.
