The 2024 Paris Olympics are approaching, bringing together top athletes from across the globe to demonstrate their exceptional performance and determination. It's an event worth anticipating and it really brings excitements! While we often overlook the hard work that goes on behind the scenes.

Can’t you get better by just playing the sport?
Maybe initially, but not for long.
Sport is the ultimate test for the integration of strength, speed, power, stamina, strategy, tactic and spirit. These attributes should be trained separately to get the best adaptation and response.
Don’t get this wrong, playing the sport is one of the key components to peak performance, but let’s not be the only thing you do. So we have boiled down to 4 major components (4S) that all HYROX athletes must have:
Strength
Stamina
Skills
Spirit
Each athlete is unique! Some may be strong but lack stamina, some are very skillful but lack strength, some may be strong and skillful but lack spirit to grind for the training and race……You get the point.
This is why we DON’T do HYROX classes. We do proper strength and conditioning program for each individual to prepare them to perform at their best for the HYROX sport. It may include HYROX movements in some phases, but definitely not only that.

Coach K is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA - CSCS) specialized in sport performance coaching.
Coach K has worked as a coach, educator and presenter for more than 20 years. He has coached many elite athletes in different sports throughout his career and still enjoying what he does best everyday - coaching.
