報名流程

1. 將「體能賽備戰計劃 2026 - THE FLEX TRACK」加入購物車並完成付款。
2. 成功付款後，我們將於 24 小時內與你聯絡，並確認訓練計劃開始日期。
3. 填寫簡單問卷並與教練預約 1 對 1 諮詢，制定個人化訓練計劃。
4. 下載 AQ STRONG 會員應用程式及訓練應用程式預約課堂，正式開始訓練！

條款和細則：

1. 參加者必須於 2026 年 2 月 23 日或之前啟動「體能賽備戰計劃 2026 - THE FLEX TRACK」（下稱「本計劃」），並需於啟動日起計連續參加3個月。
2. 本計劃一經購買，不可退款、延期或轉讓予他人使用。
3. 1 對 1 訓練諮詢將由 AQ STRONG 指派教練，參加者不可指定教練。
4. 所有課堂需提前預約。若需取消課堂，請至少提前 6 小時取消，否則該課堂仍將計算為已使用。
5. 計劃包含一次免費運動員檔案 Athlete Profiling（價值 $500），運動員檔案 Athlete Profiling 將於 3月舉行，確實日期會於購買課程後另行通知。
6. AQ STRONG（Athletic Academy Limited）與 HYROX、CROSSFIT 或任何賽事品牌無關，亦不代表或附屬於任何此類品牌。
7. AQ STRONG 保留對本計劃的最終解釋及決定權，如有任何爭議，AQ STRONG 擁有最終決定權。

3-Month Targeted Training, designed to fit training into your daily routine.
12 classes within 12 weeks, choose your own pace and train with flexibility!

Includes -

1. Athlete Profiling & Personalized Strategy: Establish a 12-week training plan through baseline testing

2. Continuous Tracking: Tests are conducted regularly during SPC classes to track data changes

3. 12 SPC Classes of your choice, recommend 2 classes per week for best results!*

*Top-up Offer: If you complete the 12 classes early within the 12-week period, you can top-up unlimited additional classes at a preferential rate of $240 per class.

📌 Registration Process

1. Add "Fitness Racer Pack 2026" to your shopping cart and complete payment.
2. After successful payment, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the start date of your training plan.
3. Fill out a simple questionnaire and book a 1-on-1 consultation with a coach to formulate your personalized training plan.
4. Download the AQ STRONG Member App and Training App to book classes and officially start training!

Terms and Conditions:

1. Participants must activate the "Fitness Racer Pack 2026" (hereinafter referred to as "The Pack") on or before February 23, 2026, and must complete all training content within 12 weeks from the activation date.
2. Once purchased, The Pack is non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable.
3. The 1-on-1 training consultation will be conducted by a coach assigned by AQ STRONG; participants cannot designate a specific coach.
4. All classes must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior; otherwise, the class will be counted as used.
5. The Plan includes one free Athlete Profiling session (valued at $500). Athlete Profiling will be held in March; the exact date will be notified after course purchase.
6. AQ STRONG (Athletic Academy Limited) is not associated with HYROX, CROSSFIT, or any event brand, nor does it represent or is affiliated with any such brands.
7. AQ STRONG reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding The Plan. In case of any dispute, AQ STRONG's decision shall be final.
