FOR COACHES
BUILT BY COACHES
01
Immediately Applicable
This isn't a certification you file away. Every concept is taught with the intent that you'll use it in your next session — not your next conference talk.
02
Fills a Real Gap

Most certifications double down on what you already know. WeckMethod addresses the part of movement most coaching education skips entirely.
03
Works Across Populations
Whether you coach elite athletes, weekend warriors, or clients in rehab, rotational competency applies. The system scales to whoever is in front of you.
04
Backed by Track Record
Developed by the inventor of the BOSU®, refined over two decades of hands-on athlete work — not built in a classroom.

SUITABLE FOR
-
Personal trainers
-
S&C Coaches
-
Physiotherapists
-
Sports Coaches
Also highly relevant for CrossFit coaches, running coaches, martial arts coaches, rehabilitation professionals, and movement enthusiasts looking to deepen their own practice.
FAQ
Can't find your questions here? Chat with us!
1 / Do I need prior WeckMethod experience to take RMT?
No. RMT is the foundation course — it's designed as your entry point into the system, no prior WeckMethod knowledge required.
2 / Can I take WMQ without completing RMT first?
WMQ builds directly on RMT concepts, so RMT completion is recommended before enrolling. If you have equivalent experience, contact us to discuss eligibility.
3 / Is this certification recognized outside Hong Kong?
Yes. WeckMethod certification is recognized internationally, delivered here in Hong Kong through AQ Strong.
4 / Is this suitable if I mainly coach general population or older clients, not athletes?
Yes. Rotational competency isn't only for sport performance — it's directly relevant to functional movement, fall prevention, and everyday mobility in general population coaching.
