*不同組別將會有不同開始時間，實際開始時間會於測試前 3 天個別通知參加者。

The test will simulate the actual fitness competition mode, allowing you to experience the event first-hand at a venue over 10,000 square feet! On the day, a dedicated person will time you throughout. After the test, you’ll receive a complete breakdown of your event completion times, and the coach will provide strategic advice based on your performance to help you prepare for the competition.
