Shena, or Pushup Boards, are used in the traditional Persian Yoga and modern movement practices for strength and mobility with an upper body focus. AQ Strong Shena are all hand-crafted in Portugal by a master carpenter and artisan. These are made from sustainable wood sources and have only wood joints and plugs.

The traditional sword style Shena is reminiscent of the ancient Persian warriors who trained with their short swords. The AQ Strong Shena is light, durable and portable so you can practice anywhere on any surface.
