Focus: Capacity

Goal:

Develop your energy systems (aerobic/ anaerobic) and strength/speed endurance through circuit training, intervals and intensity games. Each session includes a learning element to build athletic skill-sets.

 

Regeneration

Focus : Active approach for our body to replenish in an hour

Goal: Using techniques from breathing exercises as well as yoga to help you connect your body and mind. It helps to loosen up body stiffness, recovering breathing in full range, reconnecting with lost body sense, as well as keeping the fluid moving through gentle movements & stillness.

Weightlifting Technique

Focus: the techniques and position strength of Olympic weightlifting. This class is suitable for all levels, no weightlifting experience needed.

Goal:

To have a solid foundation to perform the Olympic lifts, or to reinforce your techniques in weightlifting.

 
 

BARBELL CLUB

Focus :  Technical Training

Goal:  The barbell remains a fundamental tool for athletes to develop strength and power. This program builds up the athletic components for Olympic Weightlifting including Technical practice and training for the lifts themselves. Gain the confidence to work with the bar for sport or for fitness.
