Develop your energy systems (aerobic/ anaerobic) and strength/speed endurance through circuit training, intervals and intensity games. Each session includes a learning element to build athletic skill-sets.

OLYMPIC Weightlifting

Technical Training

Goal:

The barbell remains a fundamental tool for athletes to develop strength and power. This program builds up the athletic components for Olympic Weightlifting including Technical practice and training for the lifts themselves. Gain the confidence to work with the bar for sport or for fitness.
