Semi Private Coaching
Our goal is to develop the physical skills that lead to confident and empowered young athletes.
Each Session includes Dynamic Skills Warmup, Movement Skills (Speed, Agility, Reaction Time) and Strength & Power Training
Any Sport and all levels welcome!
DI – 12 to 16 Developmental
90 minutes includes focus on Acceleration, Agility / Reaction Time and Strength & Power Training.
DII – 8 to 11 Developmental
60 minutes includes focus on Fundamental Movement Skills, Speed, Agility, Quickness and Bodyweight Strength
