Join for 1x, 2x or 3x per week. Each session will focus on a different set of skills and athletic components.

We suggest parents to purchase packs under their name. We can add your children to share under your membership.

Basic T&C:

Youth packs can be shared within family members.

DI – 12 to 16 Developmental

60 minutes includes focus on Acceleration, Agility / Reaction Time and Strength & Power Training.

Summer 21 Schedule:
Tues, Fri 4:30pm - 5:30pm

Sundays 2pm - 3pm


DII – 8 to 11 Developmental  

60 minutes includes focus on Fundamental Movement Skills, Speed, Agility, Quickness and Bodyweight Strength

Summer 21 Schedule:

Tues, Fri 5pm - 6pm

Sundays 3pm - 4pm
