Raymond LI

Raymond is a reflective and team-oriented coach who brings passion, structure, and an open mind to every session. His love for lacrosse, developed during his high school and college years, stems from the excitement of improving alongside teammates and competing at a high level—values he now instills in his clients.

Having overcome his own struggles with unstructured training, he emphasizes the importance of thoughtful programming to help clients avoid plateaus and make meaningful progress.

Q: What motivates you as a coach?

I’m motivated by helping others achieve what they didn’t think possible, empowering them to break barriers, build confidence, and unlock their full potential with the right support

Q: How did you start as a coach?

I started as a coach earlier this year after the trip to Arizona for EXOS mentorship. Being able to experience how these coaches performed in person really inspired me to do the same. I want to be able to make an impact on people’s fitness lifestyles and to also help them unlock their potentials.
