Jennifer was a professional swimmer for over a decade since secondary school. After retiring from the Hong Kong National Swimming Team, she was fascinated by the strength, gracefulness, and power of pole dancing where she commenced her pole journey in 2015.
In conjunction with her newfound love, she also started practicing yoga to improve her flexibility and to cure and prevent further injuries as she sustained an unfortunate injury in the middle of her back.
Q&A for our coach!
Q: How did you get started with a coach?
I started coaching since I was as 16 years old as a swimming coach when I was a swimmer of HK Junior squad. It was an amazing summer job that can stay cool in the water.
Q: What is your favorite sport?
I am most active in pole dancing and anything related to movement and dance.
