Feel Good Yoga Flow
This feel-good yoga class is for everyone – the beginner, the advanced, different level of yoga practitioners, even if you never try yoga, welcome to join this class!
This is good for people who sit for too long, people who are too busy with their work, people who rarely move, and people who never stop moving. It’s for the people who want to feel amazing in their body, mind, and soul.
This hour class will improve your flexibility, strength, and over-all physical mobility.

Yoga & Balance
A yoga class catered to challenge your balance whether it's on your feet, on your bottoms, on your hands, elbows or your head! Opened to all levels of practice, the art of balancing will test your body awareness as much as it will train your focus and endurance. Be prepared to have lots of sweaty fun!

Light The Fire Within Flow
This is an energizing flow - moving our bodies with the breath on synchrony. Focused on building strength and heat in the entire body from the inside out. You will take away from this class feeling energized, stronger, and more connected with your breath and the fire within you.

You may have heard of yogis and experienced meditators achieve blissful states of inner peace and zen, a state where we are in flow and the present moment. What if you could experience this elevated state with just a few breaths? Let yourself be guided towards a new level of mind and body that you may have never experienced in your life. It’s an out of this world experience.

Move to Feel Good is a dynamic flow class that will get you amped and sweating. This special edition of Jess and Rebecca’s hybrid conditioning and yoga class will set your body up to feel the burn! This class infuses Jess's feel good strength and conditioning into Rebecca’s flow. It will be fun, sweaty, challenging, and full of laughs. Open to all levels of fitness and yoga practices.
