Q: How long have you been coaching? What's your favorite sport?
I have been a coach of fitness training for 11 years. Growing up, my favorite sport is swimming. Staying in the water is calming and soothing. Now I am working on rock climbing, to overcome my fear of heights.
Q: A great course that you would recommend for young coaches?
For young coaches, I will strongly recommend taking the AP course. AQ Strong is presenting a different sports culture with a general gym/sports center, a new way to train!
