我們提供專業運動恢復服務,專為運動表現受限於生理狀態、肌肉關節不適等身體症狀的會員而設,在運動前後以筋膜刀治療技術、按摩槍、人手按壓的方式,助你於訓練時達至最佳狀態。

One of the key puzzle in a complete athletic training facility - Sports Recovery. We are now offering in-house, quality manual session with our movement corrective specialist, to help you recover like a pro, completing your athletic experience.

訓練前 激活肌肉

Pre-training : Activation

處理身體肌肉所受的限制、加速體液流動,激活身體柔韌度及靈活度。啟活程序能刺激大腦,使其進入正確的訓練模式,長遠有助提升動態效能、改善疲勞及痛症,對訓練有著極佳效果。

By stimulating the fluid circulation and addressing your limitations on physical movement with manual isometrics, PNF and assisted movements, you brain and body will be more prepared and perform better in the training!

運動後 放鬆恢復

Post-training : Reset

30分鐘的恢復服務能加速身體於訓練後進入修復狀態。身體於放鬆及被動的狀態下接受軟組織舒緩/放鬆能夠啟動副交感神經系統,令身心都進入最佳的復原狀態,為下次訓練作好準備!

Speed up your recovery stage after a tough work out with a recovery session. A passive treatment with our therapists does not only give your body a fine & on-point relaxation, it also kicks up your parasympathetic system to instantly start recovering, allowing you to feel rejuvenated after training!
